Although Semi-retired, I am researching Forest Therapy, and am interested in all forms of  Healing,  such as SoundTherapy and drumming.  EES, and Spirituality.

Carrie R. Sutton, MHC-LP

Carrie R. Sutton, MHC-LP, is a Navy veteran, volunteer EMT, and person-centered therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through a holistic approach to wellness. She believes in the power of addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and in the vital role that community plays in shaping an individual's sense of worth and self-image. Carrie’s diverse background, including her military service and experience in emergency medical response, gives her a unique perspective on the challenges people face. She is committed to fostering resilience, healing, and personal growth through compassionate, community-centered care.

Jessica Flemming LMSW

Jessica is a graduate of the University at Buffalo Graduate School of Social Work. She practices as a generalist social worker with a special interest in trauma-informed and human rights perspectives. Jessica works full time as a counselor at SUNY Delhi, specializing in case management, and is also an adjunct professor of Psychology. 

Dr. Susan Bodnar, PHD

Clinical Coordinator at the Wellness Center in Stamford, New York, also practices in New York City. She teaches and supervises in the clinical and counseling psychology department of Teacher’s College at Columbia University, and is the PI for DEWLab. She serves in an editorial capacity for academic journals and publishes extensively. Dr. Bodnar considers biological predispositions, child development, family habits, cultural exposure, trauma, and even physical environments as impactful components of personality and psychological struggles. She has a beloved home in Hobart, where she has learned to garden and plant trees; chickens are next.

Don Thomases

I spent many years working with troubled children and difficult family situations. As a teacher and administrator with several Special Education programs, I gained experience helping young people and adults achieve control and greater fulfillment. It is a real pleasure to be working in this community.

Andrea Frisch-Hara, MA, LCAT, MT-BC

Board Certified Music Therapist, NYS Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Psychotherapist, has been supporting health and growth with a broad range of people for 35 years. She holds a MA in Music Therapy from NYU, where she was an adjunct professor for many years. She served as a clinical internship supervisor and has supervised graduate music therapy interns and professionals since. She holds a certificate in Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the William Alanson White Institute. Andrea has authored articles, book chapters and presented at professional conferences. She directed the 9.11 NYC Music Therapy Relief Project. Andrea partners with individuals to develop and broaden their inner lives and their connections to community. She draws inspiration from her work and the music in nature.
